    1. Philippine Medical Society: Annual Medical Ball
      6:00 pm – 11:00 pm

The Philippine Medical Society of Greater Kansas City (PMSGKC) will host its annual Medical Ball, celebrating 37 years of “Reaching Out and Raising Hope,” both within the local community and abroad. All proceeds will benefit their annual medical mission in the Philippines, providing healthcare services and medical aid to the underserved, including establishing free local health clinics and providing AED and BLS training. This year’s mission takes place in Labo from January 22-27.

This year’s event is a Green Tie Gala, and everyone is encouraged to dress to their formal best with a “hint of green.” Enjoy an elegant evening of cocktails, gourmet cuisine, dancing, and live entertainment by Kansas City’s Saucy Jack Band, jazz/blues singer Mrs. Jasmine, and performances by the Paco Dance Academy.

Individual reservations are $80 per person if reserved by March 2. Reservations may increase after March 2 and will be subject to availability. To further support PMSGKC’s projects, raffle tickets will be available for $10 each. Top cash prizes are for $1500 (1st), $1000 (2nd), and $500 (3rd). There will be additional gifts/prizes as well.

For reservations and raffle tickets, see contact information below.
