I am a Kansas City and Overland Park based photographer specializing in newborn, baby, children and family portraits.
As an on-location lifestyle photographer, I specialize in natural lighting and natural settings. I’m known for capturing unique personalities and distinctive expressions. I guide, not pose, to capture the best real moments. Your session will take place either in your home or at the location of your choice. Some places to think about are local parks or farms, an urban setting with old buildings and unique architecture, or a place that has special meaning to you. Simple things like a bench, an old fence, a barn, or even an old window or doorway can make for a beautiful photograph. Think about what you want out of your photographs so we can discuss the best location for you.
If natural lighting or outdoor settings do not suit, I also offer a fully portable studio for indoor studio lit portraits.
