Johnson County has a new look.
The county this week launched a new website and unveiled a new logo. The website, which has been recognized for providing easy access to public data in the past, now features a responsive design intended to make it easily readable regardless of the platform.
The new site brings together in a single location information on various county agencies that had been previously been hosted across several sites. It also features a directory of 400 of the county’s most widely searched-for services.
“Our primary goal with the new website is to ensure residents have easy access to information about all County services,” said County Manager Hannes Zacharias in a news release. “We want to communicate with residents as effectively and transparently as possible. We know what an important resource our website is and we’ve redesigned it with residents in mind every step of the way.”
This is the first time the county’s website has been redesigned.
