Strip mall bordering PV torn down to make way for Wendy’s

Crews are still in the process of removing the rubble from the demolition of the strip mall near Somerset Drive and State Line Road.

If, for whatever reason, you feel that your life would be made more complete by access to a wider variety of fast food chains, you’re in luck!

Wendy’s will be opening a new location just across the state line from Prairie Village in Kansas City, Mo. Crews have demolished the dated strip mall that sat between the CVS Pharmacy at 79th Terrace and State Line Road and the Culver’s two lots to the south to make way for the new chain location.

The company has not announced an opening date for the restaurant.
