Sheridan, Sernett named SM East Sweetheart Queen and King

SM East students crowned a new king and queen as part of this weekend’s Sweetheart Dance festivities.

Senior Anna Sheridan was named queen during halftime of the boys basketball game Friday, and senior Jack Sernett was named kind at the Sweetheart Dance at SM East Saturday.

Sheridan is a three sport athlete, competing in varsity basketball, golf and soccer.

Sernett was a co-captain on this year’s boys varsity soccer team, is a member of the National Honor Society and is a chair at SHARE, the school’s student volunteer program.

This year’s courts were:

Queen’s first attendant, Anna Willman; second attendant, Chloe Hubler; third attendant, Elizabeth Bittiker; and fourth attendant Samie Fetzer.

King’s first attendant, AJ Orth; second attendant, Mason Pashia; third attendant, Troy Wilkins; and fourth attendant, Stefano Byer.
