Hen House planning for major facade renovation at Corinth Square
Architects have submitted drawings to the Prairie Village Planning Commission for a major renovation to the facade of the Corinth Square Hen House.
The new design would eliminate the two main entry doors on the east side of the market and create a larger center entry. The new entry would have a cedar wood pergola structure over it, similar to designs proposed for pocket parks throughout the rest of the shopping center. The exterior architect, Generator Studio, said Hen House is also planning a major interior renovation that would essentially flip the current orientation of the store. That project would be handled by another firm.
LANE4, the property owner, will be submitting costs for the renovation for reimbursement under the Corinth CID.
