Ripple Bin will find temporary home behind Antique Mall during Corinth construction
One of the most popular Ripple Glass bins in the Kansas City metro area will be hopping around a bit in the coming days.
The Corinth Square bin found a very temporary home behind Hattie’s Coffee after demolition on the Tippin’s building began last week. But concerns about noise for the merchants in that building prompted a shift to its current location, along the west side of the construction fencing across from the entrance to Westlake Hardware.
The city of Prairie Village sent out a notice earlier this week saying the bin would be moved behind Hen House until Feb. 27, when it will be moved behind the Mission Road Antique Mall on the south side of the shopping center, across 83rd Street. It’s slated to remain there until the new CVS building is completed later this year.
LANE4 vice president Jeff Berg said the company has not yet identified a permanent location for the bin at Corinth Square after CVS is completed.
