LANE4 to give update on Corinth, Village Shops CID projects

Renovations to Johnny's Tavern were among the conceptual drawings LANE4 presented the city in January 2011.
The proposed route change for a Prairie Village trail won’t be the only item of interest on tonight’s Prairie Village City Council agenda.
LANE4 Property Group, which owns the Village Shops and Corinth Square, is scheduled to give a presentation updating the council on planned developments to be funded by Community Improvement District tax revenues.
LANE4 Vice President Jeff Berg says the presentation will include a discussion of the current CID-funded projects at Corinth Square, including the new entry and parking layout, as well as potential future projects at both Corinth and the Village Shops. Berg said the company will give an update on planned renovations to Johnny’s as well as the Mission Lane infrastructure in the Village.
In recent months, the council has deliberated over whether the replacement of the roofing at Johnny’s would qualify as a reimbursable expense under the CID, but has taken no formal action in the matter.
