Put on your thinking caps and help Roeland Park out

So, technically this is out of our bailiwick, but we’ve got enough creative mavens amongst our readership that I figured I’d pass it along.

Roeland Park is holding a contest to name a new five-acre park between Sherwood and Juniper Streets south of 55th Street on the site of the former Roeland Park Elementary School.

The winning submission will earn its creator $100 and recognition in the Roeland Park newsletter.

Entries must include the suggested park name and an explanation of the inspiration for the idea, along with full contact information.
