Chiropractors adjusting to new lives doing business in Prairie Village

The walking wounded among Prairie Village’s weekend warriors have a new place to get some TLC.

Active Health Solutions, a two-doctor chiropractic clinic, opened its doors at 89th Street and Roe Avenue earlier this month.

Thomas Cotter and Jeff Remsburg were chiropractor college classmates in Davenport, Iowa, and decided they wanted to go into business together after graduation.

“We were looking in the Kansas City-area and Prairie Village seemed to be a great fit,” Cotter said.

Both doctors are avid exercisers, and much of their practice is focused on treating common ailments among amateur athletes. For more information, visit their site.
