Urban Table now open at Corinth Square

A year after opening the doors of their popular gourmet burger restaurant, the proprietors of BRGR liked what they saw from the Corinth Square neighborhood so much they decided to open up a second eatery there.

Yesterday, that second eatery officially opened for business.

Urban Table started serving food and drinks Monday just a few door east from the BRGR in the space at the southeast corner of the main Corinth Square building. The new restaurant, a “modern American interpretation of the corner cafĂ©,” features a wine bar, pastry counter, and sit down dining area for a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. The restaurant also has prepared to-go meals.

“The thing we like about this concept is that there’s something for everyone,” said co-owner Alan Gaylin. “You can come in and grab something to go, or you can sit down and have a meal.”

Gaylin’s development group, Bread & Butter Concepts, is currently working on a new restaurant on the Country Club Plaza. The restaurant, Gram & Dun, is slated to open in the building formerly occupied by Baja 600 around Thanksgiving.
