Water main break leaves State Line soggy

A ruptured water main forced utility crews to block off State Line Road from 63rd Terrace to 65th Street Friday during rush hour Friday.

The rupture, which occurred on the Missouri side of the state line, caused the asphalt to bulge and buckle, and had hundreds of gallons of water running along the road.
