More Corinth renovations in the works: Johnny’s looking at new Prairie Village patio
The ball was just getting rolling with the Planning Commission’s approval of the new CVS Pharmacy building at Corinth Square.
Architect Generator Studios filed plans on behalf of Corinth Square owner LANE4 Friday for a new patio addition on the north side of Johnny’s.
The renovations would include removing a wall on the north side presently occupied by booths, and replacing it with a garage door similar to those in place at BRGR. The garage door would lead out to a new patio seating area at the front of the building.
A patio was featured in some of the original conceptual drawings LANE4 presented the Environmental Committee for the Corinth Square renovations, but this proposal calls for a smaller build out.
Like the CVS plans, the patio proposal for Johnny’s will need to be approved by the Prairie Village Planning Commission.
