Corinth third graders hold lemonade and bake sale for Joplin tornado victims
If at all possible today, to try arrange it so:
- just after lunch, you become extremely thirsty for lemonade and hungry for baked goods.
- and, about the time these insatiable desires strike, you’re in the vicinity of Corinth Elementary.
Corinth Elementary third graders have decided to close out the 2010-2011 school year with a good deed and a little bit of fun. They’ll be holding a bake sale and lemonade stand today from 12:30-3 p.m. with proceeds going to the American Red Cross to help with the Joplin tornado relief effort.
The sale will be on the northwest corner of the Corinth Lawn, near the intersection of 83rd and Mission Road. Please us the north circle drive so you don’t have to stop on either of the roads near the intersection.
