Anti-police graffiti popping up near Somerset and Mission
We’ve had a couple of readers inquire about some anti-police graffiti that’s popped up near Somerset Drive and Mission Road. Someone has defaced the Do Not Enter sign at the south end of the Mission Valley driveway:
The same person or people, ostensibly, has/have spraypainted something unprintable here on the sidewalk along Somerset Drive just west of the Corinth Hen House. And an electrical box between the Shell station and the Corinth Library had “What do cops do for you?” written on its side until it was painted over:
Prairie Village police captain Tim Schwartzkopf said in an email that at this time the department doesn’t have any suspects.
“Prevention tips in these type of instances involves residents/citizens calling us immediately if they see something like this occurring,” Schwartzkopf said.
If you see anyone defacing property around the area, call the Prairie Village police at 913-642-6868.
