Information inquiry: Chuck Norris, the Prairie Village years

A recent perusal of the Wikipedia entry for Prairie Village delivered a roundhouse power kick straight to our brains. Sit down, and read this line from the “Residents of Note” section for yourself:

“Chuck Norris, actor and martial arts champion, briefly lived in Prairie Village as a child.”

Whatwhatwhat!!!??!?! The man whose cologne of choice is napalm spent some time in our humble Midwestern community? Unfortunately, additional Google sleuthery yielded precious few  details.

So, dear readers, we’re issuing an All Prairie Village Bulletin: anyone with information about Norris’s stay in Perfect Village (dates, school attended, childhood friends, stories about the time you saw him kill a squirrel just by staring at it, etc…) is requested to get in touch with us as soon as possible.

All information we receive will be thoroughly analyzed in hopes that we can determine how Chuck Norris’s upbringing here contributed to his general awesomeness.
