Puppies parade Prairie Village shops for 3rd Thursday

Last night’s 3rd Thursdays affair was for the dogs, indeed.

Plenty of pawed patrons patrolled the sidewalks along Tomahawk Road for the next-to-last monthly event of the season put on by the Prairie Village merchants.

Highlights included the presence of several puppies up for adoption, as well as lots of good canine/kid interaction:

And, seeing as the event was focused on the dog days of summer, there were a number of heat-killing libations up for grabs, including Bahama Mamas at Brookside Optical:

The final 3rd Thursdays of the year will be held September 16. The theme is “Girls Night Out: Forever Prom.”
